Professional Supervision

Professional Supervision provides workers with regular individual meetings with an external Professional Supervisor. The focus of these meetings is to develop the worker's self-awareness in regards to their own work practice; to embrace and explore challenging situations through discussion, reflection and analysis; and provides support and guidance to develop and build on current skills. It is a confidential arrangement between the Professional Supervisor and the worker, giving the individual an outlet for constructive and challenging discussions.
