Community Sector Team Leadership Skill Set

This exciting new skill set was endorsed in the the 2008 Community Services Training Package and contains the following three units of competency:
This skill set is intended to give workers the opportunity to gain an accredited statement of attainment in the management specialisation area without having to complete a whole qualification. They are ideal for people who already work in a leadership role or those who would like to move into the area sometime in the future.

This particular skill set is being offered in an informative and innovative three day workshop format that will offer useful strategies and ideas to help you lead you lead effectively in the community sector. Participants will also have the opportunity to undergo assessment during the workshop, through a recognition process or after the workshop, depending on their individual needs, current skills and knowledge.

It is recommended that people hold a Certificate IV or above qualification [or have experience in the field] before completing the skill set.
